Think of Therapy

Once in a while people should go for therapy. Most people neglect their mental health. Stuff happen to them and they just lock it inside. They don’t vent. Some people won’t tell you that you offended them only for them to rehash your “sins” 12 million years later.

Repression is unhealthy. Find a way to vent. In my case, I sketch or write or play my lil’ guitar or dance it away.


Find your thing. No pun intended. It could be editing an old picture of yourself, reading a novel, eating, smashing stuff, cooking, etc. Just don’t bottle up that anger inside of ya.

Venting is good. Just vent in a good way. You don’t want to regret the consequences of venting.

See venting as a type of therapy.
